a. The SAMDDRA cellphone repair programme is reserved to South African citizens only.

b. By entering into this programme, a candidate does not become an employee of SAMDDRA or its partners. No such expectation is created and no salary is therefore expected from SAMDDRA or its partners.

c. Successful candidates are willing to start their own business through SAMDDRA’s or SAMDDRA partners’ programmes.

d. Township residents have a priority in the programme at SAMDDRA’s discretion.

e. SAMDDRA and its partners have a final decision in the selection process.

a. SAMDDRA will collect and use candidates’ data in line with the POPI Act of 2021 to safeguard the integrity and sensitivity of submitted private information.

b. SAMDDRA limits access and use of personal information to its intended business of cellphone repair programme. SAMDDRA will, on an on-going basis, continue to review security controls and related processes to ensure that candidates personal information remains secure.

c. SAMDDRA is obliged by operational policies, to submit candidates personal information to the MICT SETA and therefore the Department of Higher Education, Training and Innovation.
